How many modern day expansion teams have made the playoffs in less years then the Heat?

Considering they're one of the most recent franchises in the nba, why is this surprising. Wade been there for almost half the time they been around. Not like they been around for 50 plus years

Yep....and more often than not they have not been any good without him. Like GS/Curry, Lakers/Kobe-Lebron, Bulls/MJ in the same time frame.

though I'd say Miami better than the others without their star.

It was supposed to be Browns, but that didn’t work out very well.

I guess just keep focusing on the Heat!

Yeah we were both on a b2b the last time. This time the Sixers are on 3 days rest and listening to what's wrong with them.

Tacko remains No. 6 in East ballots for front court players. He's really impressed in those 21 minutes he's played all season.

Kyrie Irving is No. 2 with guards with 372 minutes under his belt this season.

How are you defining modern day? The Jaguars made the conference finals in their 2nd season.

The Vegas Golden Knights made it to the finals in their first season.

The Heat made their 1st playoff series 4 years in but didn't win their first series until 8 seasons in. The Orlando Magic got to the finals in their 6th season.

4th season is OK. Nothing special as others did 5....and they won series before Miami.

I didnt ask my original question as though the Heat had done anything special in the early years, but to counter with Charlotte, anything, is a joke.
