Yep, mostly pointing out how wrong he was about almost everything, which is why he is gone.

He is gone because he's wound tighter than a rattlesnake's ass. Dude took this shit way too seriously.

Not if you're putting avocados and shit on a ribeye you haven't. :L

@DJ

You all should watch “Game Changers” on Netflix.

it is about plant based athletes and there is some crazy stuff in there. I don’t think I could ever go fully down that path, but some of the stuff in there literally blew my my mind. It will make you think.

Rare is pretty good, especially for a more tender cut like a ribeye.

Medium rare is generally considered the ideal temp for steak.

Can you get tri tip out there? From what I understand, it's mainly a California thing. A friend of mine moved to North Carolina and was disappointed to find out that, not only could he not get tri tip, the butcher didn't even know what it was. lol

I've never heard of tri tip.

Isn't Carolina known more for BBQ?
I had no idea what burnt ends were...

turns out that region of the body is pretty important, actually...

remember my mom actually broke her tail bone(coccyx)slipping in the rain once...

REALLY messes with movement...

I've had a sacral contusion, or as my friends called it, a bruised ass. Finding a comfortable sitting position can be pretty difficult. lol

Yeah, I've found that a lot of folks haven't. It's basically a 1.5-2lb. muscle located at the tip of the sirloin and is a triangular cut.

It's pretty lean and has a real good beef flavor, but you have to cook it low and slow. I usually use my smoker or indirect heat on my grill.
