That's still a 1st round pick though. That's what I've been saying all along. That any deal, they'll get some kind of pick back. Someone posted a snippet from an article about different contracts involved and they were talking about what a deal might look like and I said there would definitely be some kind of draft pick component. And then its possible that they might even be able to eek about a bit more from a desperate team that hasn't made the playoffs in years like the Suns or the Kings

Kidd wasn't 6'10 or allergic to jumpers. A whole different level of hype gets involved when the player is oversized for the position. If the Sixers used Simmons like Odom or Draymond (although they shoot 3s also) with a point guard, the expectations might be more down-to-Earth.

I think Kidd is a good comparison.

After all, Kidd’s nickname was Ason early in his career.

I didn’t know this was going to become a competition of Who picked the shittier player.

But either way, Lonzo could still become a pretty darn good player if he wasn’t constantly injured and took care of his jump shot. Don’t know if that counts as “defending” him.

WTF do the Warriors not have Kendrick Nunn??? LOL. Stupid. I actually didn't know the Warriors cut him until October of this year. I did a Google search of him so that I could make myself feel better about the Warriors' future, but then I saw he wasn't on the Warriors anymore.

Oh well, at least the Warriors aren't one of the teams that passed on Doncic.
