I'm down for either one ..

It's obvious why Movies and TV shows hire people in their 20's to play high school roles.

Minors need a guardian on set and have limitations on working hours.

But, they don't all hire 30 year olds. Maybe they hit that age in latter Seasons.

But, they don't start there.
