That unfortunate shooting was going to happen with or without basketball. The boycott is stupid and pointless

Personally, I just don’t get. How does this help, not much as far as I’m concerned. Nobody should be shot unless they are openly displaying a deadly weapon and threatening the police officer. But not playing a game to protest, their choice, but I don’t know how this helps the situation.

Heat not playing for another week and my comment wasn't team specific. Unless these players plan on all never playing basketball again, this is a stupid decision. This boycott wont change anything except for hurt the nba in the long run especially if it leads to the season getting canceled
