And in those seasons all the teams played the same number of games. If you can make it work with 22 teams you can make it work with 30. Some teams just playing for different goals.
And what would be wrong with giving 8 teams and equal shot in the lottery as a consolation if they don't get to play? It's not even that huge a change with how it's been reworked. Bottom 8 odds range from 6% to 14% with the bottom 3 having the same odds. If you average the odds out it come to 10.9%, actually barely helps the Piston s who have a 10.5% shot at 5th worst.

Not sure I'd call it wrong, but what would be the reason to do this? seriously, are you lobbying for this if Detroit had the highest odds to win?

Thats a good point. Are they going to adjust the times in order to appease the West coast teams television market? Or will they just say fuck it, let's play East coast times?

Feel a little bad for my youngest son. He graduated from CU this year. But due to the virus the graduation ceremony was obviously cancelled.

sorry about your son (but congrats on his graduating)....Originally felt bad for the high school seniors around here, but they came up with an idea most seem to hope becomes permanent. I know I do with a senior next year.

I used to have a job where I traveled some.

Every time I did, if it was for more than a couple of days, I couldn't wait to get home.

Within a couple of weeks or so, I'd start looking at my calendar to see when I was traveling again.

Don't get me wrong. Daughters are great and I love mine.

But those teenage years...

They're Daddy's girls until about 12.5 - 13. Then they go completely batshit crazy for about 5-6 years. There were many times I looked at my wife helplessly and asked..."What'd I say wrong this time?"

Then, starting about age 18ish you get your Daddy's girls back again. lol

When I got to CO. ten years ago two of my nieces (twins) were just entering their teenage years. And living right across the street from them I've seen examples of what kinda drama goes along with teenage girls. Pretty sure that would have driven me crazy.

So often I just hear wife and daughter arguing in another room or the drama you mention and I just look at my son and say "thank God for you". He knows how easy he is, too.
