Neither am I.

I'm gonna give it a couple of more weeks.

Since others declined time off, I got my vacation extended thru the last week of May.

I'm just not taking any chances. Unlike alotta people that are going a little crazy from staying home to be on the safe side it's not bothering me.

Yeah but problem is he also said he wants to make a decision next month. I don't think most schools make a decision on campuses until mid to late July since students aren't moving in until early August so that's a major problem.
True but wanting to make a decision does not mean he must make a decision. I mean, he probably wants to make a decision tomorrow.

@bksballer89

Barber shops, hair and nail salons opened back up yesterday.

Arizona Restaurants Reopen Monday: 5 Things To Know
May 15 for us. Have to say some things opening or not seem so random. Dentists opened before barbers? Thinking reaching into someone's mouth a little more dangerous when it comes to covid.

And tennis courts where I am were opened (with certain social distancing rules) then closed a couple days later. I don't play anymore but seems like tennis could be done fairly safely with handwashing and not touching face.

Any limitations on barber shops and hair/nail salons about any people can be in there at the same time.
Not sure about state rules, but my barber switched to appointment only. Cannot arrive until 5 min. before appt. will have a new cape for each customer and clean station in between as well. He and partner will wear gloves and mask (changes gloves for each customer...not sure how often he changes mask).

might get a haircut. Haven't decided yet. Probably wont eat at a restaurant for a little longer. Luckily, as a group we decided to continue working from home...go into office as needed (or wanted).

Probably said many times other than the obvious (death and illness) and no sports, I could live like this for a while. Daughter very social, so she hates it. The Boy can play his video games with friends from home and sleeps in (and no 7 hour days in school) so he's happy as a clam.

first I've heard.

Ran across the article on espn. It said they accidentally leaked his number during an interview on something called facetime. Have no idea what that is.

But some lucky winner will get an autographed pair of cleats & a baseball. Now there's a prize I'd throw in the garbage.

I think things could continue like this in some form until a reliable vaccine is discovered.

Under the right circumstances, I don't see a problem with getting a haircut.

Ditto on restaurants though.

I wish I had the work at home option. My oldest daughter has taken your son's stance on school.

She loves sleeping in, prefers to work self paced and doesn't care to ever go back...lol

Posted this yesterday, not sure if you saw it. It's above my pay grade, but could certainly be true. From an doc in infection control.......

"They already have it, they are just waiting for the right time to release it. The test for this virus is a complete sham, and I know the specifics of it. The antibody test is a sham, because the virus itself has never been isolated. The test picks up genetic material found in many peoples sputum naturally, it is not specific for the RNA sequence of SARS2 (Covid-19) . The amount of educated doctors going along with this nonsense science is what really baffles me."

Told the boy he's gonna have a rude awakening if schools are back next year the first time I wake him up at 6am (after 5-6 months of not going in).

Assuming should be OK if I just go in when it is my turn. He cleans the seat, gives me new cape and changes his gloves (or uses Purell). We'll both have a mask (obviously lift mine in back as needed to cut). And I always wipe hands when I get back in car.
