so the Habs take out TK and run Elliot with a 4 goal lead and what does our guys do. Looked like a bunch of nutlickers. I've been on the Flyers twitter feed letting them hear it lol, line they care.

I mentioned before game two that we needed to be more physical and it didn't happen. Obviously Montreal played inspired hockey and if we continue to allow their speedy forwards to get to the dirty scoring areas, this is going to be difficult to combat, no matter how good Hart is.

I'm just curious as to whether Montreal can keep up with this incredible skating pace game after game.

Obviously nothing went right in this one. It looked like one team was playing in game 7 of the Finals for the Cup and the other was finishing out the preseason.

There are no excuses. We are too slow and too soft and it has to change.

Just write it off no use even remembering this disaster. I'm going to get drunk again until Sunday. Really no one was good except Hart can't fault him. I would swap out a few guys but no use overreacting. Cheers brothers!

Totally agree with this. My thoughts exactly.

Flyers bounce back big tonight 4-1. Our first line finally ignites tonight. I'm taking Couts.

They just need to put a solid effort in and they'll be fine.

Looks like Raffl could be back tonight. Maybe replace JVR?

Really need the captain to step up. He’s writing his legacy with this playoff run. There are no more excuses. They have goaltending. They have the back line. They have depth to help him. They have a great coach. They have a great system. This is his time to show who he is as a Flyers captain.

Haven't seen anything at all.

I think that would dictate who Rafl replaces. No TK and I can see:
G Couts Voracek
Laughton Hayes Farabee
AK Grant JVR
Rafl Thompson Pitlick

I will not be happy if I see a Braun/ Ghost combination. For me, I’d take out Braun and skate Hagg but I’m not in the room and not paid the big bucks. I could live with them going back to Hagg Braun.

(Also, forgive my stated line combos, I haven’t posted with LW C RW in mind like many that know more than I do).

Help! I don’t want to get too excited. Does this mean Lindblom plays tonight or just that he’s skating as a scratch?

He's just back skating from what I heard. But he lead the team's in stretches which is pretty motivational.

Look at the difference in play tonight. We're much more physical and Montreal looks way slower and has not had near as many chances. We just need to reduce our turnovers, bang bodies and continue to get traffic in front of Price. The power play could be a lot more effective too.

The additions of Raffl and Hagg are great to have because they provide exactly what we're looking for against the Canadiens. Raffl can forecheck and drive the net with power, Hagg can clear the porch and provide a point shot and both of them can finish people all over the ice.
