We've never though much of Nisky before this year and now we are pumping him up as an all star. Is it Nisky covering up for Provs miscues where as in the past Provs partner couldn't do that.

Part of it is that they complement each others style of play. Last year Provy never had a true top 4 partner. Not sure if he mostly played with A Mac or Gudas, but neither had the speed to keep up.

It cant hurt to take a chance on our boys this season as we are in a win win situation. If they win the cup we win money and are jumping for joy. If they dont win the cup they still had the most entertaining season of hockey we have had in a decade.

The Rams are a different story altogether. i think the Gurley contract and injury hurt us badly.

playing with confidence is a huge deal. I think Nisky wold play well anywhere. He is a solid D man.

provy is an exceptional talent —— having the confidence in his partner has unleashed that talent. Provy played very tentatively last year. Now he is all out. So maybe I’m actually leaning toward Nisky has allowed Provy to play to his potential.

For what we got hosed when we made that trade. We traded a 2nd and a 3rd round pick for a 6/7 defenseman who makes 4 million dollars
