Yeah, he's not attending any meetings.

But, this is why they need to put a muzzle on Embiid.

His tweet looks extremely dickish now that his team is being considered.

i've said before i like Embiid, but he can be a dick at times...

definitely needs to learn how to zip his flytrap sometimes...

Dude, it was unnecessary.

Any player who gets attention...

Any team with slightly better odds of landing a guy....

He feels the need to troll.

He's headed for Enes Kanter Twitter troll status.

And Enes Kanter looks like one of the biggest jokes in the league.

The sad thing for Kanter is is that he doesn't even have the same cache as Embiid, whom the latter's building himself up as an elite player. Kanter's an average NBA player who can't play defense.

It's also pathetic how Kanter still rides the Thunder's coattails, even after he was traded by the team to one of the most desolate franchises in the league. Dude needs to get a grip and find his balls.

With how good the Warriors have been and now the thunder and can’t forget about the Rockets that’s just too much talent out there to have to compete with. The saying if you can’t beat em join em I think is never more true

Yeah, that is an important distinction too.

Embiid is on his way to being one of the top players in the NBA, health permitting.

Kanter can score.....that's about it.

He won't be seeing another 18 mil per contract anytime soon.

Not to get political...

But, the thing I detest about him the most is the fact that he doesn't even care that he could be condemning his family, to prison or worse, with the Shit he says.

If Lebron does go to philly he really is going to take a big step back in my opinion. If he wants a chance at another title he should go out west

He'd then face the Warriors sooner rather than in the Finals. At least with the Warriors, you hope that they've gone through hell in the West and are weaker by that point.

In the East, if he were to join the 76ers, he'd only have to worry about Boston.

In the West, you still have other elite-ish teams in Houston and potentially OKC.

Houston not having Ariza is huge because they're cash strapped. They're not going to get better because they also have to re-sign Capella.

LA isn't going to be able to trade for Kawhi, sign Lebron and Cousins (I'm assuming close to a max deal for 1/2 years given he'll be rehabbing most of the season). With those 3 potentially signed, you're not going to be able to keep Randle if you're the Lakers.

Lebron's options are limited this year. Sure, why would Lebron sign with the Lakers when they really don't have a chance at doing anything if Kawhi's not traded? Then again, why stay on Cleveland when you're stuck with that roster and you know you basically have no chance at competing for a title now, especially with Boston closing the gap since Kyrie and Hayward are coming back next season.

You have no idea Randle’s asking price and this is assuming he wont take his qualifying offering. They would still have a shot at keeping Randle, a lot of things to go right though

I would like to know what is Lebron's primary concern.

Going to LA, even if the Lakers were to somehow get Kawhi, isn't getting him any rings in the foreseeable future. Heck staying in Cleveland gets him a better chance, albeit not a great one.

I disagree.

About equal chance in both cities. Cleveland's supporting cast is more experienced than LA's for sure, but I think LA's is better. And as we saw the last 2 years, so what if they can get to the Finals. They aren't beating GS.

I think LeBron knows he is unlikely to win a ring next year no matter what he decides. LA gives him a chance to build something new though. And they have the pieces to do it.

Embiid needs to get off of twitter.

The fact that Lebron's not attending the meeting says it all. Philly has no chance IMO.

Not true.

From what I heard, LeBron is not taking any meetings with anybody, including the Lakers and Cavs. He doesn't need a sales pitch to make his decision.

And neither do you. I do know the market though and Randle's a quality starter at the 4 that will get at least $10 mil per year, and that's just the minimum value. If you don't think there's a team in the league that'll throw him a contract around $15 mil per year, then I don't know what to tell you. Randle's young and will likely want to make the most money he can right now.

Yep.

I love his game and his personality in general.

But, his cyber-trolling loses it potency when it's all day, everyday.

I can see why he's not taking a meeting with the Cavs, he knows everything he needs to know about where they stand. I know that he's more concerned with the team strategy as opposed to the overall sales pitch this go around.

I think he is more likely to choose Philly than Cleveland as of right now. Philly could still get Kawhi too.
