Should be a fun NBA season again. I wonder how the Raptors do without Derozan.

Hopefully they find someone good to replace him with.

I don't like KAT's mental acumen.

Dude just checks out when things aren't going his way offensively.

Jokic can influence the outcome of the game in other ways by distributing.

I'd take him over KAT 10 out of 10 times because he won't sulk if Harris, Milsap or Murray is the guy on offense on any given night.

KAT has a bit of that Dwight Howard mentality.

He wants to be the #1 option regardless.

Seems like he preferred putting up those Kevin Love empty stats while losing, over winning with a lesser role.

I don't like his feeling of entitlement.

But, I don't blame him for not signing that extension.

Minny is a Shitshow and this is his only bit of leverage.

KAT has so much more upside though.

As for the sulking thing? It is a bad look, but at the same time, I get it. He has to sit back and watch while Minny's offense goes through a much less efficient Butler and at times an apathetic Wiggins. I would be really frustrated too if I were him. Doesn't excuse the sulking, but damn Thibs.

Get KAT a legit offensive coach who knows what he is doing and I don't think this is even close.

And I do really like Jokic. He is fantastic. Just don't think he has the superstar ceiling KAT does.

Helluva career for Ginobili. Dude was the epitome of gamer. Think you can make an argument that he's one of the greatest SG's in NBA history, even though his numbers don't truly reflect his impact. He could have started for every team in the NBA and put up huge numbers but continually sacrificed for the good of the team. Hats of to him and we'll see him in the HOF very soon.

MANU probably hurts the most of the Big 3 leaving.

Duncan was the best player and GOATSpur, but he was never really the most fan engaged. He was quiet and workmanlike. He appreciated and loved the fans, but he just kept quiet and private.
The Spurs got every ounce out of him, and his retirement felt right for his own private needs and decisions.

Parker was probably the closest to a normal NBA player who focused on the typical NBA career path. His loss while awkward and unusual was never going to cause a real sense of loss from the fans. He could have left earlier and it would not have been unexpected either.

But, MANU was the heart and soul. He was the Spurs franchise legend who was never going to leave.
He was the flashy star player who loved San Antonio.
He was the vocal leader and locker room superstar.
He is the most popular Spur of all time in the city.
Spurs fans just figured he would play forever.

Next stop the Hall of Fame.
