I mean, it took over a Season for it to click in Miami and that was with 2 other future HoFers.

Guys who had the green light last year * Kuzma, KCP * gonna have to tack a backseat and fall in line with the pecking order.

They have so many new guys that will expect rotation minutes.

It will be a process.
I think LeBron's first year in Cleveland, despite having Kyrie, Love, Waiters, Varejao etc. that they were like .500 in January before they kind of took off. I def. remember in Miami it took them quite a while to all get on the same page.

I remember LeBron losing it on KYrie a few times and basically taking the PG duties away from him. lol. and kyrie is a fucking all world talent when he was that young. honestly- Kyries rookie year was as good as a rookie year as i have just about ever seen for a guard. It was incredible. stat wise, hit some game winners etc.

when you have that many guys on 1 year contracts expecting minutes, and a ton of young players that need minutes you are going to have some issues.

Guys on 1 year contracts that need minutes and need to put up stats to get paid next year arent gonna just sit back and let Josh Hart work through his growing pains. lol.......

I mean- its just human nature- imagine your are Stephensen, on a 1 year deal, the Lakers make it pretty much known in the media that you are there as a stop gap and that they are going big game hunting next summer and you are not part of their long term plans....you really think Lance Stephensen is gonna go be Mr. Team Player?
Yeah, that's why just saying
" Adding LeBron to the young guys gets us x amount more wins " is retarded.

Rotations, minutes, roles will be different.

So, obviously...production will be as well.

For every minute Lance, Beasley, Rondo get...

That's a minute less for Kuzma, Ingram and Ball.

Fuck KCP.

I'd give up all his minutes...lol

It's gonna be interesting to see how Luke handles it.

I hope Hart isn't the odd man out.

Nuggets have put a pretty impressive team together on the sly.

That back court of Harris, Murray and IT is pretty amazing really.

Jokic/Milsap/Plumlee is one of the better front courts around as well.

On the wing they have Barton at SF--- who is a scorer but not a whole lot else. This is another team that I think is a good wing player away from being the 3rd best team in the West.

So many of these teams are just one player away.....

Right now I gotta give 3rd and 4th to Thunder and Jazz though in the West. The Jazz are just such a deep, well coached team with the star power of Mitchell and Gobert.

And of course the Thunder have RW- a top 6-7 player in the league---- and George- a top 20 guy in the league, and a helluva lot of solid role players and defenders. I think they will be a very tough matchup. Adams is really coming into his own as an impact big man. He is quick enough not to get eaten up on the switches and pick and rolls which is huge.
....don't forget they have a red-shirted Porter.

Goodness

You think they will keep Milsap past this Season?

KCP was LITERALLY in jail in between games last year. Obviously you take him as a package deal with LeBron - but if he did not get 12 with LA, where else is he getting even 8 from?

You have all these guys playing for contracts who are kinda crazy- and all of these young guys, and LeBron.

Itll be fun to watch.

Honestly the guy I have the most confidence in, besides LeBron ,is Kuzma I think. I just think his skill set fits with LeBron and he has a modern NBA game and hes a little bit of an older 2nd year player.

I know we talked about hte Lakers getting a defensive big man- and then they go out and sign a head case like Beasley who is a sieve defensively and a guy that can get a bucket off the bench. Its just so weird.

@Mecca

your Clips actually have a pretty loaded back court.

Beverely and SGA is a great PG position if you ask me.

and Lou Williams and Avery Bradley is a very good SG position.

Harris and Gallo are decent wings/big men...esp. Harris. gallo is always hurt but he can shoot and board a little.

Gortat is the prototypical garbage man that every team needs one of- a defensive guy that is just a tough veteran that boards.

He was worth every penny to get LeBron for 4 years.

But, yeah....

He won't see that type of money ever again...lol

I like what the Clips are doing.
They will be respectable next year.

No big names.

But, I think they will compete hard...especially with guys in contract years.

I'm not gonna lie....

I didn't want Bradley.

But, he and Beverley should be a lockdown defensive combo.

But, if Gallo doesn't have it going...

Tobias and Lou have a heavy offensive load to carry.

Gortat is expiring.

He should be functional in his role.

Happy we kept Montrzl.

But, I absolutely love SG-A.

I think he's gonna be really good.

Robinson can score. But, I'm not sold on him yet.

Should be competitive...

I hope Boban gets some burn.

This Lakers team is not beating the Warriors. Zero chance. Or the Rockets for that matter.

No chance beating the Warriors. That is fact.

The Rockets though?

They are a significant CP3 injury away from possibly missing the playoffs. This is not the same team.
