I've experience some back pain from time to time - but nothing too serious. I usually can take a couple of Aleve & go on about my day. The fact that my toddler has basically taken over our bed hasn't helped the situation either. :L

I remember the days when my boys were little ones. Very cute, but was glad when that phase ended.

I have no idea. Never saw it. Wait a minute. Wasn't that 1 of those 30 For 30's from espn about Troy Aikman & Joe Buck?

True. But she uses that as an attempt to say that other people's opinion don't count. Only homers like her have valid opinions.
Which is pretty stupid because homers generally have the worst opinions since they want to overly praise good things their favorite team/player does and give them the benefit of the doubt on questionable decisions. "Haters" aren't gonna always be unbiased either but I think there's more of a chance they will give fair opinions about a team they hate than a homer would.

Really? Because it looked to me like you took Kobe's "Magic should get a second statue" comment seriously and decided to lose your shit over it...

with multiple people!

Oh? Which post did I lost my shit in?

Most haters at least spend the time to make a coherent argument. Homers just say dumb shit and hope their fellow fans will come to their defense.

Oh? Which post did I lost my shit in?

Well lets see...

Here's you having an issue with something Kobe jokingly said:

I dunno. Maybe by suggesting that Magic deserves a second statue for getting Lebron to come to LA?

And then other people noticed that too

If he was joking, he was obviously not overstating anything. You're trying too hard to have problem with this.

But no, you're not getting your panties in a bunch at all, are you? It's everyone else of course. :rolleyes2:

4 years and 46-48 million would be fair given his age and upside. He can still get better, he's just 25.

But, the Cavs will probably match that.
I THOUGHT thats what his market should be- about 12M- buat after some of the signings I was hoping it would be lower

now the Kings have to get in it and totally drive up his value to insane levels...

id let him go instead of giving him 12x4 48M

So my losing my shit was me saying "I dunno. Maybe by suggesting that Magic deserves a second statue for getting Lebron to come to LA?"

Again. It isn't everyone else. It's you and TJ. That's it.

Yes. You took a joking comment as serious and you got upset about it. I kind of expected you to man up about that and admit it. Obviously my expectations were too high.

No. You asked me for an example of someone who was trying to give Magic more credit than he deserves. I gave you an example and you didn't like that.

How you inferred I was upset about any of this, I will never know. That's just you, once again, injecting nonsense into the discussion.

So why is Magic getting more credit than he deserves according to you?

Because unlike the shitshow of a front office the sixers have he's actually going out and doing something?

I bet it's because Magic was probably a big part of Lebron choosing LA over Philly, right? Another reason to be butthurt I suppose.

Because several people in the media were suggesting that the Lakers got Lebron only because of Magic. Podsox referenced the Kobe comment which highlighted that attitude. So I commented on that. In truth, I responded to Podsox, who was the one who said that Magic had nothing to do with getting Lebron, by saying was an overstatement. You ignored that part because it didn't suit your purpose.

LOL. You soooo want this to be some petty fight. Here's a newflash for you. I was completely ambivalent about getting Lebron. Yes he would have improved the team in the near term. But he may have harmed them in the long term. So I was pretty cool either way and now Lebron is more or less irrelevant to me, except for the 2 games a year the Sixers will play him.

As for the Lakers going out and doing something, congratulations on paying Rajon Rondo 9 million dollars. And Lance Stephenson is probably the missing piece to a championship for the Lakers.

Yea, my husband and I are pretty much past the "cute" part now. So we've moved her bed into our room as the 1st stage of getting her out of ours. Next step is to move her AND the bed back into her own room. Wish us luck! :hope:
