from a Cavs perspective. The Knicks have a trainwreck of a roster as of right now. They have 6 PG's. With Love coming back, the Cavs need to stay in that bottom 3, I doubt they have the worst record. The Knicks might have the worst record EASILY. The rule change might be awful in the Knicks case, good for the Cavs possibly.

With new rumors swirling about point guard Kyrie Irving’s future in Boston, a league source with ties to the All-Star point guard said Irving has given no indication that he will back down from his October proclamation that he will re-sign with the Celtics at season’s end.
