makes sense to me not to grind him down early

Which might I add, is only going to get better when Boogie is able to play.

ol so now wanting to defend your name in social media is the same as needing credit in terms of his work on the basketball court?
And then you double down to say they are ALL lying if they say they don't need credit? That is a reach my friend, which I'm very surprised to see coming from you.
Ok, but this is only the first week of the season lol. If we were mid-way through or at the end I could understand needing rest.back to back 3 games in 4 nights

If it turns out to be what I'm expecting that would be the best team ever.I'm excited by this because it feels like this year is the only one where all 5 will be on the same team. It will be hard to top that.
As a Raptor fan I see no issue in this and think it is the right call.Ok, but this is only the first week of the season lol. If we were mid-way through or at the end I could understand needing rest.
lol that's your belief- but to the contrary there are some players that are actually telling the truth when they say it. Which ones? Who knows. So again, my point is you can't lump them all together. Instead try saying there are some who actually don't care & then there are some who will say they don't care but really do.Pretty much what it was about. People criticizing him and saying his accomplishments don't mean as much.
lol
You can pretend that these guys are all egoless and that don't care about credit all you want.
Those of us in the real world know that every one of those guys has an enormous ego and they all want credit. The only difference is, they have done a better job of setting that aside than some others.
These Warriors are the closest thing I have seen to the Showtime Lakers in both style of play, and ability to keep their ego's in check. I've seen interviews with some of the Showtime Lakers talking about how they had plenty of ego on that team and plenty of ego/pride driven spats. They were just able to keep it in check for the sake of winning.
Your Warriors are no different. So yes, credit for winning with "his team" would definitely be a reason for KD to leave and go to a young team. Especially since, after this season, he is likely to have 3 rings and 3 finals MVP's to go with them.
Assuming he is a true competitor (something else that has been questioned about him), leading a young team would also be a nice challenge.
Doesn't necessarily mean the Lakers either. There are several teams with good young talent that KD could go to and possibly lead to a title.
If it turns out to be what I'm expecting that would be the best team ever.
To each's own my friend. As a basketball fan I like to see the best players playing unless they're hurt. They have the best trainers & facilities for a reason. As a Raptor fan I see no issue in this and think it is the right call.

Again he sat out last season due to that weird injury. One would think he'd want to get back to doing what he loves...but I guess that's just me.He's coming off a weird injury too. I think it's a good move.

And so the alternative was to trade away their young assets to get him & then have a losing season? Would he have been happy losing?
Oh no, I'm not saying you said it.I never once said that. That is merely the opinion Paul George expressed.
I don't remember, did the Lakers even make an offer? Because I can understand why PG would be miffed by that. I was on record saying that the Lakers should not have made a real offer, but in hindsight I bet most Laker fans would have loved a Ball for George trade.

I will, while you continue to believe in the Grinch. lol
That's my favorite Christmas show.
Sure, just part time now. lol Because we have to believe if he's needing rest early in the season that it's only going to continue as the season progresses - especially if they're expecting to play deep in the post season.Well, he is back to doing what he loves.
