Not trolling, just asking because he strikes me as the type who won't be happy being a 3rd or 4th option....that's all.

Feeling pretty good today with a full day of football ahead of me. Not that trolling is below me.....just not today.

He isn't the 3rd or 4th option. It just so happens in this particular game that he took fewer shots than Simmons and Reddick. That will vary game to game.

If you think that Butler was anything but smiles after last night's game, then you didn't watch the game. He makes a huge block to prevent Kemba from scoring 62 and then drains the game winning 3. You think he's upset because his team has other players capable of shouldering the load.

It's going to take some time for Butler to fully integrate into the squad. And Simmons is definitely dealing with some sophomore blues. But if Simmons is able to elevate his game by the end of the season, and the Sixers stay healthy they are going to be a very difficult out for any team in the NBA.

looking like we may get 3 new playoffs teams in the east with the struggles of Miami and Washington while Cleveland will always miss out after losing LBJ

Damn......the Lakers are up, 94-80, in Miami.....
Miami is not a good basketball team.

Whoever thought it would be a good idea to sink all their cap room into mediocre talents like Tyler Johnson, James Johnson, Dion Waiters, Kelly Olnyk, Hassan Whiteside etc. is a moron (Riley).

All of that cap room on guys who are for the most part- JAG's (just another guy).

You get a guy like James Johnson on a min. deal- get a good year out of him- and then let him go-- you dont pay him ridiculous amounts of cash and clog up your cap when you have no prayer of winning anything anyway.

Its the same with Waiters too.

Riley has done an absolute horrid job with the HEat over the last 3-4 years.

i dont know why you would think they would be any good even if healthy

they clearly arent as good as the Celtics, Sixers, Bucks, Raptors, Pacers

the best they could have hoped for was a low seed in the East and a 1st round playoff exit even if they were 100% healthy and OVER-achieved.

theres just very little high to no end talent there.

the approach of paying a handful of guys medium sized contracts instead of saving it to get stars was never going to work. No cap room and no draft picks in the offseason just leaves them stuck in no mans land

like a AT BEST 6th seed in the East- more likely a 7 or 8 or 9 spot in the East.

Surprised me with that short comment.

Expected a 1,500 comment essay.

And there's no shame in the best player in the world being red hot and going off. It is basketball....it happens

Do you all of sudden think Butler is some shit defender because one of the best offensive point guards in the league dropped 60 on his head last night?
