Thunder with 10 out if 11 now.

And without Russ. They were picked to be a top 4 seed and they definitely will be. Maybe even #2. And if the Warriors keep getting injured why not #1?

Well if KD just goes to another stacked team though then what? If went to the Raptors, they could half ass it all year and still win the title. Unless he wants to go somewhere and start from the ground up. But then again, can he win a title if he went to Cleveland by himself with no other HOFer to follow?
who in the history of the NBA could win a title without an all star or two next to them?

Chauncey Billups.
Ben Wallace made 4 all star teams
Rasheed Wallace made 4 all star teams
Rip Hamilton made 3 all star teams

Tayshaun never made an all star team but DID make 4 all defensive teams

and of course Chauncey himself made 5 all star teams

The Pistons are the ONE team that people point to that won the title without any "stars"- but they had more high level players then most teams that won a title.

That- and dorian is correct to a certain extent- if not for the bickering between Shaq and Kobe- they probably roll Detroit.

no--- he is getting what he wants--- sunshine and more eyes for his businesses

if winning is what mattered most he would be in Philly or Houston or would have signed long term with the Cavs when they brought the Paul George deal to him last summer.

I think he MIGHT regret it when the Lakers either miss the playoffs or get their shit pushed in in the first round.

i looked at that Magic team tonight though and id rather have hteir young players than the Lakers young players.

@Wamu

at least the Buckeyes pulled it out today- what a nail biter

tons of bad luck/sttupid plays/atrocious defense in that game

stupid fumble, tipped pick six, long gains by Maryland

Gotta lot to clean up if they are gonna beat That Team Up North

tOSU and Michigan is college football at its best.....its been one sided for a long time now, but when its good its the best rivarly in college football- maybe in all of sports.

The Lakers Kiddie Corps were yuck.

But, I like Hart and Kuz with Lebron.

They should really consider dealing Zo before his value becomes nonexistent like Fultz.

He just doesn't fit with Lebron.

With that being said, the Magic youngins weren't great.

They won because Augustin cooked Lonzo/Hart and nobody on the roster could stop Vuvecic.

But, yeah....

Bamba, Gordon, Issac > Lonzo, Ingram, Kuz.

Sub Hart for Lonzo and it's closer.

Jason Terry was the #2 scoring option. Kidd was still effective with like 9-10 assists per game, .but Dirk was the only stud.

Ben Wallace was the only all-star that year. So him, Hakeem, Dirk

Look no one is saying they didn't have talent. They just had it spread around among many very good players vs 1-2 studs. Just the best example of how to win without superstars. You need a total badass coach, and some luck like the Kobe Shaq rift

2nd night of B2B against a hot team, this loss was in the books before the game started. Bagley has been inconsistent, Fox is playing great though. Still sucks that after the strong start they are back to .500 and will fall below that sooner or later. It's to be expected but after over a decade of losing and no playoffs knowing that the same result is gonna happen again this season is frustrating as hell to watch. Yes the team is in a better spot now with their core than in the previous 5-10 years, but winning matters. I'm ready for Kings playoff basketball to finally return...

Oh and there is a "source" that the team is upset with Joerger and could eventually lead to a coaching change. Kangz!

Franchise starting to get better. Best they've looked in a long time. Let's dump the coach. THE KANGZ ARE BACK! I knew the Kangz were lurking in there somewhere.

Seriously though, that'd be a stupid move. If they wanted playoffs, they should have drafted Luca. It's not like the roster is a playoff team anyway. It's young and Joerger has been getting the most out of them as far as I can tell. Doncic would have at least boosted their chances.
