obviously the Suns have a lot of talent- a ton of young talent- but havent been able to win

Booker is not playing right now becuase hes hurt-

and you look at the box score- and after the years and years and years of lotto picks- i look and see their leading scorer tonight was Kelly Oubre- he went for 25 and 12, 4 assists, 3 steals

all these guys they have drafted, all this young talent- and some guy they flipped for Trevor Ariza's expiring contract - if you just watched one game- looks like the bst they got

there is a problem there

i mean- Oubre isnt nearly the best they have- ayton booker are so much better- other young talent like jackson bridges etc. is much more heralded---

but it just seems they have been in the lotto and so bad for so long now.

i will say-

Oubre is 23 and looks like he might be a nice wing player to give a few bucks to.

I mean i guess the Wiz traded him because they had no intention of resigning him, but you would think a talented 23 year old that they traded for on draft day, and developed and is finally starting to figure it out- is precisely the type of player that they should invest in.

its not like Oubre is going to break the bank and get a crazy deal.

I dunno. He seems kinda similar talent wise to Cedi if you ask me- good enough to probably be a solid NBA starter- but def. not one of your 3, or even 4 best players---- but a guy that can win you a few games on his own during the year and contribute pretty well in the rest of them.

I hope he stays with the Suns and they give him a nice little deal....i wonder what kind of deal--- id guess some where between 3 years 30 million and 3 years 42 million. (10-14 a year).
