You catching the Galchenyuk rumors flowing? I'm just not seeing it. Between that and the ESPN Makar rumors. Which I'm hoping is just typical ESPN click bait. I'm hoping the Devils stand oat and grab Nico or Patrick. They have plenty of picks and could address defense through free agency imo.

I'd take Galchenyuk depending on the price. The number 1 stays put however unless it's in a deal for Ekblad. If the Devils take anyone besides Nico or Nolan Patrick number 1 Shero needs to lose his job.

Unless Shero has a miracle stashed up his sleeve. And it's a player and 2nd round or later draft picks. I would avoid Galchenyuk. Really depends on cost. And I agree it's got to be Nico, Patrick or a very high end elite established player. Sheros on very thin ice. I know I would be irate pretty sure the rest of the fan base would be too

TBH I've been pinging back and forth between the two. I would be happy with either tho. I'm just hoping they don't do something stupid tonight tbh. And grab one of the two. The longevity of success is why I keep flipping back to Patrick.

I keep reading Glass to Vancouver I agree tho I would think Vancouver is better off going in a different direction. But you may not have to worry about that.Theres a lot of rumors the Avs want Glass.Who is your pick for the Canucks judge?

oh for sure canucks would go Makar ... benning is probably the one with the hard on for him and its probably why Bobmac came on vancouver radio to announce "a scout" had him as their 1st overall choice ... at first I thought it was NJ but im pretty sure its all benning now ... they brought him into town and took him out to dinner ... jimbo probably sees himself in Makar lol

and I dont really mind choosing Makar at this point ... he could be a complete bust or a grand slam

i just get a feeling neither d will be there at 5 ... that they will go 3 - 4 of course (and i feel dallas will trade out of 3 )
