What I'm hoping happens - Isles flip that 1st and Brock Nelson to the Leafs for JVR, Leafs move that 1st for Tanev and another piece.

Can be for another RD but I'd gladly do that for Tanev.

That's not even a win-later trade. Unless their goaltending is horrendous, that Calgary 1st is likely 20-31. They couldn't even get a prospect?

Their defense is Boychuk, Leddy, Hickey, Seidenberg, Mayfield, and DeHaan...

I think Eberle and JT do damage, and think he's an upgrade on Strome. But still overall...not great.
