I feel like Miami/Boston left a pretty good impression on Gordon if he needs to sleep on the decision even though he met with his current team last

Saw these rumors about Hayward asking for Rubio...

... on what planet is getting Rubio a move that puts a team over the top?... a move that makes the top free agents take notice?

:noidea:

Thompson is poor as fuck compared to some of these these other salaries this offseason....

Signed his extension at the wrong time, it's all timing. Tier 3 players are making more than some tier 1 players like John Wall.

When he signs his next contract he'll be making well north of $20 million.

You got me there. You'll need to explain it to me like I'm 5. I feel like swapping George Hill for Rubio's a step down.

What I saw was that Heyward would like to play with him, not that it was bring other top tier FA's to Utah.....

Way it is supposed to work is Warriors lose Iguodala, Livingston. KD messing w/ system. Good for G.S. But good for the League? I'm not sure.

One of those hot take doomsday voices at it again. Dynasties have always helped the NBA build its bottom line. Look at the interest that the league's getting in the beginning of July a month after the Finals. Teams are doing crazy shit trying to catch the Warriors. Fans will start cheering against the Dubs relentlessly so they'll go down. They'll eventually transform into a team that people either love or hate and which watch more closely.

Now the balance of all stars in the West and East is the more concerning part, especially as it relates to TV contracts considering some networks may only carry certain conference games.

If he chooses Utah, he has an excellent chance to never see round 2 of the playoffs during this contract.
Hopefully someone finally is smart enough to go to the East.

Some of the young guys will just have to step up.
