Hmmm how your thinking changes from year to year. Last year Peterson played in like 3 games so was not a factor like he wont be this year but last year you must have gotten 1/4 of your current total posts in this one thread. Maybe you should read through it again.

Or proof that either Luck is overrated or Kaepernick is getting blackballed
He's better sure. Haven't seen proof of "far far" better . Pretty much all their numbers are the same . Luck has more YPG but throws way more. Other than that results are pretty equivalent . After 5 years I think that's a good enough sample size to separate yourself if you're light years better . Luck hasn't. He's a top 15 guy. Kaepernick is high teens/low 20s. I agree Luck is far more talented but his results just don't show it . That could change but until then it is what it isDont be a dumbass. Luck is a far FAR better option at qb than Colin
Offenses are asked to do different things. Luck, outside of a massive spike year, has kept INT's reasonably under control, created a myriad of touchdowns with his arm, legs, and field vision which all shows up in his TD and YPA which are excellent. Sure, he takes sacks, but the offense is designed to go deep when really there's only one serious deep threat: Hilton; who lead the league in yards last year not by accident iirc. He's better sure. Eh. Luck us double digits picks every year but one and has a worse career YPA than Kaepernick. The reality is SF has has no real offensive weapons the last few years so while some of what you say is valid it's tough to judge a guy who has nothing to work with. Like I said Luck is better but there's no way he's a top 10 QB based on actual facts or results . He's closer to Kaep than he is top 8Offenses are asked to do different things. Kaep goes through spells where he is just straight up eliminated from the game. Yeah he has some solid highs that make you think he's decent, but then there are the games such as against the Bears or Cards where he looks like a random camp arm thrown to the dogs. If you aren't a big reason your team wins outside of position value, but you ARE a reason your team can lose, that's why before stats get involved, why Kaep is so low in most people's eyes, imo; then there's the politics but we both know that's bullshit so I think we can table that for now.
It would very muchso surprise me if Mahomes started any games that had any meaning whatsoever unless Alex got his head torn off. With that being said, I do think Mahomes starts a couple for insert injury/playoff lock here.
Mahomes does have an arm though his deep ball is actually the weakest part of his game as a prospect. Alex Smith also missed 2 games last year and is the QB most reliant on YAC possibly in NFL history but the team is still built to be pretty good right now and Alex Smith has respect from the players (ranked #81 in the NFL last year somehow) so he is pretty difficult to replace imo.
Factor in that Mahomes is coming from the Air Raid system and he pretty much has the built in excuse to be the QB of the future. I think the people most expecting Mahomes to rise up are optimistic Chiefs homers but its not something I would bet on unless Alex Smith regresses his play. Smith is in a weird 7.0-7.4 YPA spot where he plays just well enough to keep his job but not good enough to be a franchise QB.
I'll put it this way, if they drafted Mahomes with almost any other coach than Reid, I would be one very unhappy camper right now.Andy Reid is a factor too. There are definitely a lot worse coaches he could have ended up with.
Luck's INT% is not that high. Yes Kaep is lower but Luck's INT% is hardly egregious, it's above average outside of a spike year in 2015 that appears injury related. Luck was top 5 in YPA last year. Kaep was 24th. That's hard to explain away surrounding cast[e] or not, imo.Eh. Luck us double digits picks every year but one and has a worse career YPA than Kaepernick. Get over it. Not having Peterson back there is a huge difference. This is 2017 now.Hmmm how your thinking changes from year to year. Don't be hurt. And last year was the 1st year I picked them.predict the Titans to win the division, and the Giants to suck
Every year
You sound like a Cowboys and Eagles fan when TO was playing with them.I don't think the Giants will be a threat while they have TO 2.0 otherwise known as Odell Beckham Jr although their defense did make a big improvement last year. Having a distraction like that is only going to hurt them.
Other than being loved in the locker room and by teammates, just like TO
