When a team as bad as we are is in 2nd place, I wouldn't say it's too early to be saying that now that we're about 15% of the way into the season. About 5% would have been too early, but now we're starting to get enough of a grasp on this season to be able to make some of those prognostications.

Going to be pretty interesting to see what the Royals do with Jorge Soler next week. Bonifacio is slashing 300/382/500 in a lineup with a balky DH with a contract and LF'er who is a sad husk of his prior form.

At this point last year, the White Sox were 19-8 and had the second best record in baseball behind only the Cubs. They finished six games below .500 and eleven games out of the 2nd wild card spot.

It's way too early. A shit ton of baseball left and a whole lot can and will change between now and October.

With a 4.34 ERA over the last three seasons, it's hard to argue that Bauer is a bottom of the rotation guy, particularly in a rotation like the Indians', which is exactly where they have him - #5. In a rotation like the Tigers have, he might be a #3 or even #2. We'll see.

I don't think he'd have a spot in the Tigers rotation.
