D Back and ranger fans are GAF....
Don't know how put up new avi...not like I would lose
Kluber couldn't carry verlander jock.
Classic empire.....not bloody likely.Doug - while I was "crunching the numbers" on the Derby, I realized you would overlook one thing in your own 'crunching'....BREEDING. Thus my tip to you: Go with Classic Empire.
Dig into that roll of dollar bills douggie and bet large. Maybe go past your usual $5 bet this year.
Verlander is schooling kluber...like I said he would
That's good, the worst team in baseball has something. You'll love this, @dougplayer. Hawk Harrelson just said 'the Royals have too much heart', as they were losing to the White Sox 5-0 in the 6th.
Hawk is old and doesn't know what he's saying. Maybe he meant 'pulse'.That's good, the worst team in baseball has something.

He's a bottom of the rotation guy imo.

Doug the last time Kluber faced Verlander (April 15)....what was the final score? Who was the winning pitcher?
Well, any time Verlander faces Cleveland and only gives up 2 runs, you gotta feel good.
CLE 13 - DET 6. Kluber.
Verlander got absolutely rocked, giving up 9 ER in 4 IP. Granted, a game is no kind of sample to be looking at, but that's a 20.25 ERA.
However, it's not like Kluber was razor sharp either. More like toy sword sharp, giving up 6 ER of his own in 6.1 IP, good for an 8.53 ERA. He really didn't deserve a win for that performance.
Last night during the Indians' broadcast, they mentioned that the combined 15 ER that Verlander and Kluber gave up on April 15th were the most by two former Cy Young winners facing each other in the history of the game. A combined 13.06 ERA from arguably the two best pitchers in the AL last year.
Good times.
Too early in the season to be reminiscing about a game. You guys are still in it.
Did you read my post?
I am happy it's May 3rd and we have already won as many games against the Indians as we did last year.
