Tigers fans. Watching wolverines play in Indy for big 10 championship. That's our post season. Ohio not playing in Indy this year. BOOMER SOONER!!!!

So Michigan won't be playing in the B1G championship. Considering your predictions always fail.

What a pile. Simple answer here - doug has no balls to stand up to ANY baseball discussion. He KNOWS he knows NOTHING about the game - even LESS about the Detroit Tigers. And he doesn't have the football knowledge to post about football in any football forum on SportsHoopla. What a loser.

Doug = troll. And a stupid troll at that.

OK doug, we will try again. Perhaps asking you about prospects is too hard.

How should the Tigers handle Ian Kinsler's contract option this winter? Just pay off the option or pick it up at $11 million. And if they pick it up should they plan for him to be at 2nd or should they look to trade him?
Similar question with Iglesias. He has a final year of arbitration. His salary is getting a little steep for a field-first SS. Keep him or trade him? (Remember Detroit has Dixon Machado, another slick fielder behind him on the bench)

Try those. Really no right or wrong answers....Detroit won't win or lose the division no matter which way they go.

So doug, are you going to continue to follow Tigers during their rebuild? If so....

What are your views on Christian Stewart? Is he ready for MLB playing time? How about Mike Gerber? Dawel Lugo (do you know what position he might play?)

How about an easy one. New manager? Lance Parrish maybe?

I'm lobbing easy softballs to ya doug - try taking a swing.
could do worse than Sandy Alomar Jr. as a manager...

or even Omar - your current 1b coach.

Vizquel has been mentioned as a replacement. Would not be a bad choice...in fact, I wonder if he'd even be interested? Taking the Tigers right now would not be the greatest gig.

The Detroit Tigers announcers are bragging about you guys and your 20 game win streak. I would like to congratulate on a very fine season .... show us (AL Central) proud in the playoffs!!!

Your magic number is 5

As a side note LA Dodgers have lost 11 in a row

Congrats on the 20-game win streak. Just an incredible feat.

That's damn impressive, no matter whom they've played.

That said, this is easily the worst Tigers roster I've seen since 2003.

I was going to ask "what about 2004?", but that team wasn't that bad despite the 72-90 record (they were outscored by only 17 runs and were 12-27 in one-run games).

This 2017 team will be lucky to win 65 games, and they still had JD, Upton and Verlander for part of the year.

The Twins made MLB history tonight by homering in each of the first 7 innings tonight against the Padres.

Congrats to the Indians for their streak, but unfortunately for you guys a long regular season win streak usually ends up meaning disappointment in the postseason.

Verlander. Razor sharp. 8 innings 0Rs. Lead off double in the 1st. That's it. Kluber should take notes

Impressive!!! Did the Tigers trade Sanchez to the Padres while I wasn't looking? The Minnesota Twins have been impressive all year ... I don't know what my exact prediction for them was, but I know it was last place and around 100 games lost. Congratulations, I hope you march into the playoffs!!!

20 straight wins, I really can't believe it. Magic number is down to 5.

What may be even more shocking is how the Twins are still not out of the playoff hunt. I really thought they would have faded after the All-Star break. Hell, their front office gave up on them at the trade deadline.
