Indians down 6 nothing with a chance to get within a game? Blood is in the water.
True, seemed pretty favorable with the O's pitching staff at the time of post. Of course they lose 2-1 off of 3 cheap singles cuz beisbolEh, KC lost too

Just a thought....if Avila Sr and Ausmus aren't shown the door in the next week or two, I suspect that ownership is eyeing a total cleaning out of the front office and coaching staff at season's end. If your likely going to fire Avila's and Ausmus' logical (homegrown) replacements down the line....why make any changes in August?
Does it really matter if Ausmus or Legendary Lloyd is managing this collection of rag-tags? And if you replace Avila with an asst. GM...who cares? He won't do anything different this late in the game, knowing he's probably gone come October too.
(1)No, the timing does not matter. This season is a bust. (2)Looks like the next couple of seasons are, too. (3) I just want both gone after the season's done.
(1) I couldn't agree more
(2) I am not ready to throw the towel in on next season
(3) Ausmus ... yes - Avila ... maybe. The Tigers are in this predicament because they went all in a couple of years ago ... I can't blame it all on Avila (but I do understand why some want him gone).
If keep. Verlander. He has heart
