Bogdan, Fox, and Skal have combined for 6 game winners and numerous other big shots late as well. The young players(I include Bogdan even though he's an older rookie) have been very clutch and the team in general has won more often than not in clutch time. It's shitty because just losing 3 of those 6 and they'd be in position to get a top 3 pick. Some anti tanking people will say that tanking and the losing mentality just hurts the culture so having young guys come through is good for the future, but they're mostly beating bad/hurt teams and this league is star driven so getting a top 3 pick improves your chances of drafting a franchise player rather than 6th or 7th. It's so bittersweet when I see Bogdan or Fox nail a game winner near the end of the year with playoffs out the window, I want to like it but want more for the Kings to be in the playoffs and contending. Just gotta hope that a Mikal/Miles Bridges, Mo Bamba, Wendell Carter, or even MPJ if he falls can be a great core player for their future and not just a nice rookie who is better served coming off the bench.
