Noel is still just 23.....if he gets a life coach.....he can still turn it around.

Look on the bright side. At least they aren't the worst team in Los Angeles.

Now? Yes.

Next season? We'll see. The Clippers might blow it all up in the offseason.

Ehh I don't know. I mean he can improve and be a solid role player but not sure he ever lives up to the 6th pick of the 2013 draft.

Is there any chance your Clippers draft LiAngelo Ball? Papa Ball sayz he's already better than Westbrook.
He couldn't make the Sparks roster.

Ogwimike and Parker would r*pe him on the court.

So, yeah.

Chances are great the Clippers will draft him cause that's how we roll.

He hasn't improved at all.

He seems lazy and entitled.

1 yr make good deal at low money.

I'm talking Waiters low money.

If we can't get a premier FA....I'd bring him in on a 1 year deal, maybe a team option for the 2nd year.
Say he has a good year and then you pay him.....

I'd expect him to immediately go the way of Eddie Curry.

Not by gaining weight.

...by not giving a fuck because his contract is guaranteed.

But that's basically what he got this year.

I think Waiters was 1 yr/5 and Noel got 1 yr/4

From "The Athletic"...

Talk to anyone that has spent a good bit of time around the Mavs in the last year about Nerlens Noel and they'll mention one of two things – or both. One, he's a pleasure to be around, far from a negative influence in the locker room (despite passing on $70 million this summer). He's generally a genuinely sweet person. Two, he doesn't exactly separate himself from the pack when it comes to work ethic. This was a concern you would hear rumblings of when Noel was a Sixer, and he hasn't shaken that perception in Dallas. In December, ESPN's Tim Macmahon said this of Noel’s commitment on The Hoop Collective podcast: “He shows up and he does his work, but he does nothing extra. Which by NBA standards, that’s not really doing your work. He shows up and does…a bare-minimum type of thing.”

These players only commentor games are truly horrible. It’s like wanting to watch one of the great announcers play basketball. Stupid.

Fultz and Simmons on the court together for a good 3 to 5 minutes with Fultz playing point. Experimenting time in a comfortable game against the Nets.

See, I actually disagree.

He doesn't deserve any backlash.

A 14 year old basketball prodigy quotes a lyric in a Rap song that is related to basketball?

No.

In 2018, people have to be more conscious of what they put on the internet because it can live forever.

But, ffs.....he was 14...lol.

The fact that the lyric suggests Rose is a baller is all you need to know to realize it was an ancient tweet.

I think he will get more Shit for the use of @TJL favorite word than a meek mill rap lyric.

The tweet from August of 2011 is a lyric from Meek Mill song Derrick Rose that had been released just more than a week earlier. The tweet, and lyric, in question is: “Ballin on these n____ like I’m derrick rose!”

Didn't realize it was a rap lyric. I agree.
