That's what happens when your Franchise Player can't play back to backs.76ers have lost 8 out of 10. I'm surprised
He looked like he was dying at the end of that Thunder game.
That back is a problem.

I'm not really that surprised. The talent is obvious, but so is the inexperience. They kind of caught everyone by surprise initially and are now receiving everyone's full attention. It will be interesting to see how they respond now that they have hit a bit of a bump in the road.
I told you I think it's gonna be Boogie and George.True. Why the hell did Kuzma have to mess stuff up by being so good? lol
This off season is going to be very interesting. It's certainly not a done deal that Lebron is coming and the Lakers will only be able to sign, at most, 2 max guys.
Could make for some interesting possibilities though. Lebron and PG? Lebron and Boogie? PG and Boogie?
If the Lakers get Boogie in any combo, I'll be glad to have the obvious upgrade in talent. But it'll probably be awhile before I can watch without waiting for some kind of meltdown. Hopefully I'll have to wait at least as long as Wiggy has for Whiteside's meltdown. lol
Chronically. They are a very young team that will have their ups and downs......plus isn't Embiid hurt?
Losing your best player is tough for a young team.
Chronically.
He can't play back to backs yet.
He doesn't have a new injury.
His back will likely always be a issue on and off again.
*See Brad Daugherty, Steve Nash, Larry Johnson
All true.
Plus, they are 1-6 without Embiid.
They are going to have to learn how to win without him with his back issues.
I told you I think it's gonna be Boogie and George.
Yes, he's petulant.
But, the Lakers love them some dominant big men and Boogie is dominant.
I think he will always be a bit volatile.Yeah, you did. The Lakers are back to being a pretty stable franchise again. Not as stable yet as when Dr. Buss was alive, but headed in that direction. If he ends up a Laker, hopefully the stability chills him out.
If he comes to the Lakers, it could be spectacularly good and he could end up talked about with Wilt, Kareem and Shaq. Or, it could be spectacularly bad. I don't think there will be a middle ground with him.
But either way, it'll be spectacular. lol
I think he will always be a bit volatile.
But, he would flourish in a stable environment that would truly embrace him.
LA would do that.
NOLA is Davis' Team.
Surprisingly, I don't think Boogie has a issue with that.
So, he would be fine sharing the spotlight with the youngsters and/or George.
Cool...tks for posting...gonna watch it right now.I highly recommend the latest video in Isaiah Thomas's player tribune series that came out today.
He happened to have a documentary crew filming him at his house in Seattle the day Danny Ainge called and told him he was traded. You get to see footage of him and his wife reacting to the news within moments of getting it. You get to see him break the news to his kids and see their reactions (poignant but also funny). You see him calling his parents, friends, to tell them the news.
This is the only video that I know of that exists where you get to see a player's live reaction to the news of a trade... and it happens to be a superstar who wasn't expecting it. Super compelling stuff.
(Most of the reaction stuff is in the 2nd half of the video)

So, Lavar has graduated from trying to compete with Nike and Adidas to trying to compete with the NBA, NCAA and G League?
A fool and his money.
Lonzo better put a lock on his bank account...lol
Now we know how LiAngelo will earn a living.
Ps. This bitch has no respect for Legends. First NAS, now Jerry West?
The logo for the league features a silhouette of son Lonzo, who plays for the Los Angeles Lakers, going to the hoop for a dunk.
"We don't need a logo of a guy dribbling," Ball said, an obvious reference to the NBA's famous Jerry West silhouette. "Nobody does that anymore."
LaVar plans to start league for HS grads
CL67 and I are on tactical alert to go take care of that douchebag. I have the SportsHoopla mobile and baseball bats on standby.
