Didn't watch the game, but Russ' box score looked nearly perfect last night. He had 16 assists and only 12 FGAs. This is how he needs to play every night, with a pass first mentality.

Yeah, these other players are going to have a little extra for him, especially the first time they face him. Pretty cool of Beverley to basically point out that he'll learn from it and eventually appreciate it

If he becomes the player that most seem to think he will, he'll have a lot of fun in future interviews talking about what guys did to him early in his career.

Getting? It's been embarrassing for awhile.

Agree though, "the plan" worked, he made it to the Lakers, the season has started, it's time to shut the hell up and let the kid make his own way in the league.

Does anyone believe that LaVar actually believes any of this? If Lonzo ever goes off for like 40 points, 15 assists, 10 rebounds but the Lakers lose, my money is on him praising Lonzo and trashing the rest of the team.
