I thought he did it intentionally. He already had the defender beat & a clear dunk - but decided to bring down his arms which appeared like he intentionally wanted to elbow him. I thought it was a good call, based on the incidents just prior to that (Melo getting his tech because of a play on RW).

I find myself lacking the motivation to feel sorry for LeBron.

He and his management Team are responsible for a few f those bad contracts that are preventing them from getting him help.

He is also a notorious Team stacker and will abandon ship with the quicks if the deck isn't heavily slanted in his favor.

So, boo-fucking-who.....

I'm wondering if folks still think this team is better than last season's...

Honestly, even when IT comes back that isn't going to help their defense. And that is the side of the court they're struggling with.

Their defense is already horrible... that is a rare move that would actually make it significantly worse.

Yeah. Putting the ball in the basket isn't their problem. It is keeping the other team from putting the ball in the basket.

Yes, but apparently they didn't invite the right people because they're still losing games they should be winning.

Imo, it depends. If you are a middle of the pack team getting swept in the first round because you are a young developing team and that's part of your learning process...then I agree, that's better.

However, if you're a team with average/used to good veteran players and have no way of improving, then it's not better.

You could make an argument that being swept in the 1st round is better for a younger team, but for the Kings this season it wouldn't be. They need another possible franchise player in the 2018 draft and even though those guys have come from outside the lottery, the odds are higher to get one if you're picking top 3. Would I be happy to see the Kings surprise everyone and make the playoffs this season? Yeah because it's been over a decade since they've been there. But in the long term they need that potential franchise player more. They're not LA who can rely on bringing in a high caliber free agent or two to lead their team.

The Heat are only 4-5. Just think what they could do if they bar Riley from all basketball related activities.

He is but it's so much better to watch them without Carmelo. I always defended him but the isolation with him was terribly boring to watch and I think held Porzy back. The French kid looks good for a 19 year old as well and Kanter is a better player than I thought
