If that's the case then there's no real point in this salary cap situation because most of the money is based of bonuses. Base Salaries are ridiculously low in comparison.

We don't need to start over but I guess I just didn't think into the question. Why would you not have said anything when the cap was set at $123,000,000, that's stupid high if we are using base salary. We need to rethink OUR cap number now.
