That's the difference, without a salary we have to have a rule to make a player eligible, which would mean player had to have played, in this draft his cap hit is what's used. That may seem like a convenient answer but there is always something in place that we use to determine a players eligibility...

No, I understand. Like I said, mostly, I was trying to clarify this for future reference. There are a couple of guys that I was wondering about and I was trying to figure out why this guy was eligible and this guy wasn't. But it makes sense. I actually think that I mentioned at some point that Cliff Lee got paid for that season, so it shouldn't matter if he played or not or something to that effect.

The middle one is just a coach yelling. I may use that this spring when I think I am going to coach my son's baseball team.

The last one is either a Jewish or Amish guy yelling in Chinese. I don't think any of them are relevant to what I was looking for. But I do appreciate the effort you put into your research.
