Lebron only made the top 10 after his performance these finals. If he was 2-5 nobody would say so.
He has a long way before he's even close to top 5 though

I had Lebron in my top 10 after his 2013 Finals as he was just behind Larry. But after these Finals, he made it to my top 5/6 (I'm always juggling the Duncan/Kobe/Lebron combo) as the greatest SF all-time. The stats that gordon threw out there shows that he's better than Larry was in every facet with probably the exception of shooting.

Are you, as a supposed "cavs fan" really going to lecture others about 'when it matters most' when your little team only just won their first title less than 2 weeks ago?

:susp:

Says the fan that has all Seattle teams then the Lakers. Just stop :L

Just enjoy Lebrons' greatness while it lasts.

What does this have to do with what teams I root for? At least I can say I stand by my teams through the bad times too, unlike some!

Ehm.....

What?!?!?!?

Wade, Bosh, Irving, Love?

He said "entire career".

Parrish was Bird's teammate his entire career. McHale was his teammate 12 of the 13 seasons.

It's getting disgusting now.

The fact that we're discussing this in a thread about the NBA off season is just clearly showing how desperate these cleveland/lebron fans are getting.

And you know this how? Exactly! Stop embarrassing yourself.

I have waited for a championship for Cleveland my whole life, a troll like you doesn't know what that feels like :suds:

At what point did I say they didn't deserve the title? In fact, I was one of the first on this board to congratulate the team and their true fans on their fantastic performance.

If I were to say that any of those guys are better than Irving or Love, you cavs fans would lose your shit :pound:

Stop trying so hard.
well right now Kyrie Irving is 24 and Love is 27.

McHale is a pretty high level hall of famer...I believe Parrish and Johnson are also hall of famers.

Kyrie has certainly started his career with a sterling resume- but he has a LONG way to go- as does Love.

KC Jones, McHale, Dennis Johnson, Parrish, Walton....

Tiny Archibald, Danny Ainge and more.

Yes, I would say over Bird's career he consistently had more talent on his team's.

Remember, before LeBron, Kyrie and Love had never won a playoff game.

Yes, because Kyrie was on a shit Cleveland team and Love was on a shit Minnesota team.
You could argue that if Love went to Cleveland without lebron, the Cavs would make the playoffs too.

Still though, I think anybody who has LeBron ranked lower than #4 on the all time list at this point is probably biased against him. There is only 1 other player in the history of the league who reigned as its best player for as long as LeBron has, and that was Jordan.

I have no biases against LeBron. There are actual Lakers fans that don't hate him and do like to watch him play. I'll give him spot #5. Jordan, Magic, Kareem, Wilt, and LeBron. Although Wilt dominated a smaller era, I believe he would be just as dominate in the subsequent eras. There haven't been many athletes better than Wilt to play pro basketball. LeBron still has time to climb this list.

And he was consistently going against teams that also had more talent than the teams that LeBron faced. If you are going to bring up teammate talent, you should also mention the talent of the competition.
