what season was that? 2010 in Miami when they lost to Dallas? def was not the king back then, lol.

now?

undisputed reigning king of the NBA no question...not even debatable at this point...come back in a year or two and we shall see..
It is because he hasnt won the MVP in 2 years. that means he isnt #1 anymore. Not Saying is #1 because of it but there is an debate. LBJ isnt the same player anymore. U have to see that man. Its clear as hell. No one is scared of LBJ shooting the ball. they want him to shoot.

dont forget LBJ was 0-5 in the last 2 min of game 7.

This is false.

He was 0-2 in the last 2 minutes. Kyrie was 1 - 3 in the last 2 minutes.

LeBron was 3-7 in the 4th quarter with 11 points. With 5 minutes to go down by 4... he scored 6 points in less than 30 seconds to give his team the lead.

Here's the play-by-play of the 4th quarter.

But, Nash kept himself in great physical shape (despite the missed games) much like John Stockton.....there was no way to know he would have the freakish injuries he did with the Lakers.

The broken leg was a surprise, but back problems had to be anticipated.

Tristan thompson= 5 years 82 million

having a big man that can defend Centers, Power forward, and switch out onto guards better than any big man in the league, = PRICELESS

there arent 3 other big men in the league that can do what Thompson just did there.

I have said from day 1 that Thompson was overpaid and everyone said that is was the worst deal ever...no joke. But just think Mozgov is getting paid that this year...Mozgov. Ohh and Tristan is 25 years old. He will NEVER be a stat stuffer but he does all the little things better than 99% of the players in the league. Defend well in the post and perimeter. Rebound, especially on the offensive glass (one of the best in the NBA). In this market he is worth it to the Cavs for sure and he still is overpaid but so is 90% of the league now.

lakers are paying Timo Mozgov almost EXACTLY the same as what Thompson has left on his deal with the Cavs.

lol....talk about overpaid....proooooob not a road you want to go down :dhd:

False argument, given the cap change. You're just lucky TT didn't wait until this summer for his extension; he would be making $25M+ per.

too cool...love that they are already embracing the under dog role....the Cavs hopefully will be able to fly under the radar....keep their guys rested and healthy, continue to work on integrating more and more complex stuff on offense now that they have been together for a while, and continue to let Lue institute his vision on the team.

Feel great having David Griffin scouring the league for potential opportunities, if its out there- he will find it.

you had to tie assets to calderon to get rid of his contract.

giving him away for nothing is better than having to tie assets to him to get rid of him- if there was another offer where you didnt have to give up multiple draft picks like you said- why didnt utake it? cmon man...common sense.
I dont think u understand. Bulls got more calls on Calderon then MDJ. thats all im saying. Our front office said their wasnt much action on MDJ at the value the bulls wanted to trade. Im ok with giving up 2nd rd picks for calderon. He had a 7.5 mill cap hit. MDJ had a 4.5 cap hit. Calderon was ranked at the bottom of starting PGs last year.

3-4 in the Finals. He's still lost more than he's won. Name any Top 10 players who still have a losing record in the Finals.

:stephena:

Jordan lost more than he won.
Magic lost more than he won.
Kareem lost more than he won.

Losing is losing... whether it comes in the regular season, 1st round, 2nd round, conf finals, or finals.

Tristan Thompson 25 years old 2 straight double doubles in the Finals

mozgov losing his starting job coming off an injury plagued year where he really never got going...and hes 30...

both get paid almost identically.

GREAT deal for Tristan Thompson.

Both players are over paid. But TT will give you more then Moz. Moz is terrible. I still dont get that move by the Lakers. There were so many Centers out there.
