I heard an interview with Wade ... and he talked about he always felt like he had a special connection to Milwaukee ... he would play there in college and it was pretty close to his home. I think he seriously thought about joining them -- but maybe going to his real hometown was a bigger deal. (plus they have a solid team) I bet he wouldn't have hated to play for JKidd also.

It will be interesting to watch the Bulls next year. How many articles do you think will be written that "Hoiberg can't coach this team" ... and "why didn't we keep Thibs?".
Butler and Wade 2 Marquette Players.

If they lay a turd like they did last year, plenty.

I don't know about purguy's prediction on #2 in the Confrence.

If I had to guess right now, I'd say ......6th with Wade beating the stir fried shit out of Rondo for having Hoiberg curled into the fetal position on the practice court after the first 3 game losing streak.

The clowns on here really wanted Miami to try and trade Dragic/McRoberts to please a 34 year old injury prone guard with 2 or 3 years left? Like seriously if you guys don't realize how stupid that is

We have a lot of up and coming GMs on this forum apparently.

Butler and Wade 2 Marquette Players.

Trade ... Jae Crowder for Portis + 1st rounder. (get those Golden Eagles back together)

That Bulls team could defend the perimeter.

hey - you didnt want to deal with LeBron...this is where it gets you....im glad that Gilbert has the sense to swallow his ego and open his checkbook....other teams could learn from it.

lol at where it gets me. I'm doing fine.
Cavs just won, where did that get you?

I've told you from day 1, I'd rather root against James then for him.
Whether the Heat win 61 or 16 I'm there.

So, did you ever answer the question from hours ago?

Which owner was the biggest proponent of a hard cap?
Gilbert's a whiny, fraud, bitch.
Look how he acts when things don't go his way.

I think a healthy Washington, Knicks and Charlotte Team will give you some competition for 6-9

Cavs, Raptors, Indy, Celtics are flat out better.....maybe Toronto too.

And that logic is stupid. As turnup said one guy is in his prime while the other is in father prime. No way in hell was Miami trading Dragic to give Wade the money he wants for 1 or 2 more years. That was never happening

And if Wade couldn't figure that out, he's not very bright and the Heat are better off without him.

People keep mentioning the Lakers deal with Kobe. The difference is, Kobe's contract didn't prevent them from having the money to sign other FA's. They had a max contract available both seasons of the contract.

With the money the Heat offered him, they would have had no money left to sign anyone else.
