From what I read Goff is a top 10 pick and Cook in a mid to late first rounder. If your Houston do you really pass on Goff? I don't think so. Getting off topic here guys.

There is Kessler, Cook, Jones, Hackenberg, Goff and Lynch. All of these are solid QBs. I am not sure which are 1st round picks at this point given that the season isn't over and there has been no workouts, but I would say probably 3 of those go in the 1st round.

Hackenberg was a very good QB. In high school.

Thought Alshon may be a good guy for the Skins to go after.

I was on-board with that at one time, but no longer. Not because of anything I see or percieve as faulty in Jeffery. I've just come to believe that the considerable resources it'll take to sigjn him could be better used solidifying other positions on the team.

What is the plan for WR? Gotta move on from Garson, Crowder is still young, and I think it would be silly for the Skins to go after WR early in the draft

I think PG and the Skins work something out. Hell, even Garcon knows the Skins aren't paying him what his contract calls for in 2016 and neither will any other team. Now he might get butt-hurt and say fuck the Skins or the Skins may say fuck him and low-balll the shit outta him. Now I'd like PG to stay personally, but if one of those scenarios happen. I think the Skins will manage OK w/o PG.

No doubt he's (PG) had some dysfunctional and downright shitty QBing in DC, but he hasn't exactly set the league on fire since he's been a Redskins either.

Far as Plan B if PG splits

2016 NFL Free Agents List - NFL Trade Rumors - Not a whole lot to pick from. Sanu and Floyd being the ones that entice me most. Maybe the Skins bring back Hanky Panky, though after a hot minute ofr producing he seems to be back to hs oft-injured self.

I have no solid or even half-ass decent answer at this present time.

Perhaps we stay patient and build a team the correct way.

Heh. Word. Even if that entails drafting a WR in an early round of the draft. Truth be told, I've had more than my fill of the someone in the Skins brain trust doing whatever is necessary. Just to acquire the biggest FA name or to make the biggest off-season move.

And fuck a trade as well. I'm tired of seeing the Skins involved in those bitches as well. The only trade that would get my seal of approval would be Griffin for whoever, straight up. He can be a freakin long snapper, FG/XP holder. Or a cat to play catch with Cuz during pregame warm-ups who's job during the games is keeping everyone's headphone wires/cords from tangling up.

Terrance Knighton- we need to resign him. He was a 4 mil cap hit this season, sounds right for next season.

Logan Paulsen- I don't mind resigning him but not for the 2 mil he counted this season.

Alfred Morris- I would resign him if he came cheaply.

Darrel Young- I love him but he has no place on this roster.

Kendrick Golston- I didn't realize he was 32...let him walk or league minimum.

Leribeus...gone

KC doesn't even belong on this list.

Keenan Robinson- league minimum offer. Too injured and not enough good stuff on the field to warrant more.

Duke- resign

Tom Compton- resign

Chris Thompson-resign

Will Blackmon- resign with slight pay raise

Tress Way- resign

Will Compton- resign but at what price

Mason Foster- resign but at what price

Junior Gallette- league minimum?

There are those who keep saying we are fine at ILB but we have three of them set to be FAs. If we are as fine as you claim, what makes you think we can keep them all and afford KC?

I actually like Compton and Foster but don't believe they have proven enough to think they are the future ILBs for this team. I also don't believe a fifth round draft pick that was IR this season is even guaranteed a roster spot. That is why I think it is insane to think ILB shouldn't be addressed in round 1.

We all know my opinion on RBs in general but I wouldn't be totally crushed if we take Elliot at 25. If we think that is the pick that makes us better for the long run, go with it. Mid to late 20s is starting to get to some iffier prospects.

I also would not be surprised if we look at Vincent Rey, George Iloka, Muhammed Sanu, and Marvin Jones.

P. Thomas is 10 times the player Thompson is. You really thing Elliot will be there at #25? No way.

Thomas is 32...Thompson can still grow as a player. There is a reason Thomas was on the street. BTW...I like Pierre Thomas and always have.

I love how you are so sure that Elliot will be gone when recent history says you are wrong.

2014- Sankey was number 52.
2013- Bernard was number 37.
2012- Trent went number 3, Martin number 31, and Wilson 32. Only one has a job and it has been a roller coaster.
2011- Ingram went 28.

Yes, 2015 had two RBs go in the first. Gurley performed well but Gordon...not so much. RBs are just not worth high picks in today's game. A RB will not carry a team like they could in the past. Like I said, I won't be crushed if Elliot is the pick at 25...but I would prefer to go another route. There are plenty of RBs in free agency to pick up.

gk Elliot had twice the college career of any of those guys you mentioned. Plus he does everything. run, block, and catch. He is a franchise RB. you bet your ass he is the pick at 25.
