Not necessarily although it may be graded that high. I haven't seen the latest grade out. I think the highest is a second because Keenum didn't play a full year last year.

Coug.. The Eagles signed Daniels because they are not confident that Sammy will last the entire season. They could trade Sammy but then they roll the dice at QB.
