Columbia hasn't looked elite either. Their best win was over the US and they were gifted a PK and the US were forced to chase the game all match because Cameron got caught ball watching.

I agree but I much rather see Mexico needing to go through Chile and Columbia rather than Chile and Peru.

No reason why it should not be in place by the 2018 World Cup. Heck they can even test it out next year at the 2017 Confederations Cup
