My son's HS team finished 7-3 and just missed the playoffs. I had a good talk with him about life isn't always fair and when life gives you lemons....make lemonade. He got a good laugh at that.

Meh, Terps are 1-0 and made the top 25 in basketball. Ravens are in first place. It ain't that bad. Wizards are not that bad, they've played tough in damn near every game. They have depth problems, Mahimni not playing hurts. The starters have been great though. Unfortunately, they can't play 48 minutes.

There are some good posters here. A lot of times they get drowned out by the same arguments going 3,4,5 pages in a thread. But like you said, what are ya gonna do?

I hear ya. WILL say these boards are a helluva lot better than they used to be at CBSsports.com. the trolling and insanity was at least 10 times worse than it ever will be here...
