Curry is a scratch golfer. I'm sure LeBron could play some position in the NFL.

I should not have mentioned Golf -- it shouldn't count. (FYI ... I play a lot of golf ... a "scratch golfer" is about 8-10 strokes short of being close to the PG Tour.)

Lebon & football -- that would be interesting. But it is all speculation.

They're not as deep of a team this year but as long as KD is healthy come May, this team is more suited to win the finals than the group last year. Your stars usually win you the title.

Hard to win a game when the splash bros go 15-49 and 3-22 from 3. Even with KD in uniform, this would have been a tough game from them due to the poor shooting of those two.

You're absolutely right that the Warriors were playing beautiful basketball. It sucks that this throws their momentum and beautiful play off course. I'm still depressed about it (at least as much as one can be over sports, LOL). I think people are underestimating the effect or potential effect on the Warriors' chances. He's actually out indefinitely, so I'm not even going to assume that he comes back this season, and even if he does, he'll have to get back in shape and the Warriors will have to re-integrate him into the game plan.

And today's loss, their first back to back regular season losses in forever, shows how important he is to them. They will still likely win 65-67 games, and be the #1 seed, but it will take a couple of games to remember how to win without their best player.

And yes god willing he comes back and is effective in the playoffs or they are toast, again. It did take LeBron 2 years with his superteam to win a ring, and took him 2 in Cleveland too.

They have now shot 5-42 from 3 over the last 3 games. 2 of those without KD around. That's a horrible slump but you have to figure they will come out of it.

Exactly. You don't need a bench when you can keep 2 stars on the floor at all times vs the other team's second unit. And in the playoffs it's even more so, you will probably always have at least 3 on the floor.

The key of course is KD being 80% or better health-wise in the playoffs. Not a lock by any means.
