Could be your SF of the future.
I think he's more of a SG, but I'd be happy if he could become a SF because there's none on the roster. If the Kings get the right picks, their SF of the future could come from the draft.

I don't think he was comparing LeBron to Wilt as literally, just in the fact that they are both the athletic specimens of their era.

But I disagree, because Russell was just as athletic as Wilt, just not as tall.

'sides Wilt was the Wilt of his day...

no need to compare him to LeClown ...:D

Man, I was hoping he would fall to the 76ers at 24. I like TLC but I love Malachi's upside. Plus he's from New Jersey, which is always a plus in my book.

Getting Malachi and Skal at the back end of the first round makes up for the questionable Papa G pick in the lottery(although it's hard to know if it's good or bad when he never plays). I actually wanted the Kings to get TLC in the draft, but I'm happy with Malachi.

There's no doubt LeBron's a great NBAer. But MJ's on a totally different level. Anytime any NBAer's compared to His Airness I just laugh.

I guess that's the thing, really. you have to see it with your own eyes to truly have a gauge. Imo it's one of the bigger reasons why younger fans try to kinda put down the efforts and stats of older/retired players...

Exactly. Just because someone doesn't remember an era of basketball (or any sport for that matter) doesn't mean the past is meaningless.

If LeBron got crabs, Wiggy would be the first in line with a comb.

wiggy's got such a man-crush on LeBron he'd blow dry his balls if given the opportunity.

Each player should only be judged in reality by their era. Bill Russell was absolutely a monster in his generation, but if you look at his build, it'd be hard for him to sustain that level today. He was 6'10", 245lbs in his playing days. For comparison sake, Kevin Durant is 6'11", 245lb too. It'd be near impossible for him to hold up against a player like Shaq. But that shouldn't negate how great and dominant he was as a player during his time.

Athletes now a days are bigger and stronger and more skilled. It's just how it goes.

I get that. just the thing of how certain individuals blow off past numbers like they're meaningless that got this started...

but yep, given the steady advance of medical technology and training imagine what the game and the players will look like in another 40 years or so...
