y
Just a bone bruise and he can return in the regular season. Much adu about nothing
yah...he will be out all of march...no big deal...

when i read it was just a hyper extended knee and he ran up and down the court on it a couple times before coming out this always seemed like the most logical conclusion.

that gives him almost 2 whole weeks in April to get back i ngame condition

shit i wish Love was back that early. lol.

Welp, like I said they kept saying that Bynum would be back for the playoffs, then it was he'll be back for the 2nd round, and they did it all the way to the Finals until they said he's done for the year. Hopefully KD makes it back, but it seems as if they don't really have a set timetable just like the lakers did with Bynum

He has a bone/ligament bruise. Nothing's torn. Not every situation's like Bynum.

Same here. But my team started off 0-5 (damn auto-draft), so I wasn't expecting much.

I was 13-4 best in the league I think. Don't remember which league I had him in lol. Hopefully it was the other league where I'm 8-9 in. Won't care all that much.

Even if Durant plays, it seems unlikely that he'll be 100%. Recovery for a Grade 2 MCL sprain ranges from 4 to 16 weeks, with pain/discomfort possibly lasting upward of 6 months. It really depends on the extent of the sprain.

Hopefully he's able to return for the playoffs, though.

Regular season end 6 weeks from today. He can come back and get some game action in before the playoffs. Warriors fans should be excited. Do they still sign Barnes though?

Well, hopefully he'll be 100 percent, because it'll be tough to get by San Antonio if he's not, less known the Finals

"Sprain" is just a nice way of saying "partial tear." No one knows exactly how these things will end up healing.

I would. Their weakness seems to be not having a backup guard to come off the bench with Livingston

He will be re-evaluated in four weeks. It hasn't been ruled out that he could return to the court before the end of the regular season.

He could conceivably come back for a few of their last 6 reg. season games in April...especially if it means securing the #1 spot...with the Spurs currently just 4 games back of them for HCA.

if it means Curry, Draymond and Thompson have to play more minutes for the next month- hey so much the better.

I just said that though

Everyone has a right to their opinion.

But, sometimes isn't a " No comment " the better way to go?

Amar'e Stoudemire apparently wouldn't be comfortable with a homosexual teammate.

Walla Sport asked several players from the Israeli Basketball Premier League - where the 34-year-old has been playing following 14 NBA seasons - if they would have a problem suiting up alongside someone who's gay.

While every other player in the short clip indicated they wouldn't have an issue, Stoudemire sang a different, far less accepting tune.

"I would shower across the street, make sure my change of clothes are around the corner, and drive, take a different route to the gym," he replied.

Asked if he was joking, STAT answered: "I mean, there's always a truth within a joke."

It's not the first time the six-time All-Star has made a homophobic remark. In 2012, the NBA fined him $50,000 for tweeting a gay slur.

Yeah, he could even have said "I wouldn't be comfortable with a gay teammate" and left it at that. But adding in the "I would shower across the street...take a different route to the gym" stuff was just stupid.

like i said- you think bogut moves the needle significantly? a guy towards the back end of his career - after getting traded twie and getting bought out

IS A LITTLE different in my book then abandoning the team that was up 3-1 and going to join the team that just stole your lunch money.....thats just me though.

what time do you think we will have more info on durant?

Durant and Warriors are very lucky, but Warriors fans calling into a local radio show saying this is a blessing is disguise is kinda driving me crazy.

My only fear now is that I remember reports saying that C.J. Anderson of the Denver Broncos had a bone bruise, then the next thing you know, it was something more serious and Anderson was out for the season.
