you just said he wanted to win. The hot rumor is right now that he might be traded to the Celtics.

If he is traded to the Celtics- you think there is any chance he leaves there considering they have a roster that is ready to compete?

Traded to the Celtics doesn't mean anything unless he agrees to sign there long term. If the Celtics trade for him and the Lakers show enough improvement that he goes to LA, he ends up being a rental. Not sure that's what the Celtics want.

Sure- its possible....

its my own opinion- that if he was dealt to the Celtics, and they owned his Bird Rights - he would resign there since A. it would be more money since they have his Bird Rights and B. it would be a better chance to win.

but we shall see.

I think its all for naught anyway. If i were to ball park it - 2 years from now id say there is a 75% chance he is still in Indiana....but we shall see.

There's always that 25% that you're wrong and he plays his next game wearing green.

Putting him on the Lakers now might cost them their draft pick this summer.
What George does in the future when he's a FA is unknown.

lol.....

im gonna predict Boston gets it done.

He will love it there under Stevens, in a winning environment with good teammates- and the Celtics will STILL have Brooklyns pick next year.

Id be majorly bummed if i was a Lakers fan. No guarantee he stays in Boston- but why would you leave an up and coming team like the Celtics that can offer you by far the most money?

Remember when I said it was a big plus for the Celts to have their coaches around those players last weekend?

Did you hear what Stevens did?
It was right out of the Riley playbook.
Players really were impressed.

I heard they will wait until after the deadline to make a decision on him. I would think if they could Bogut would be a must better option and maybe clear another roster spot for a PG, but other than Deron Williams I haven't heard much. I heard a little about Rondo to Cavs lol

Williams and Bogut on the buyout market.

Hopefully the Cavs get at least 1 of them. That would be cool....id prefer Williams to be honest.

If the Cavs get one of those 2- id be very happy with their roster going into the playoffs.
