He really needs to bulk up a bit, but thats no secret and he will.
People tend to forget these how young these one and dones are.

Exactly. Agree 100% with that last sentence too. I heard a couple of guys on the radio today acting all worried because of how much better Eddie Jones was in his 2nd year compared to D'Angelo Russell. Eddie Jones was 24 years old in his 2nd year. D'Angelo Russell is 20.

You'd be willing to give up Frye's 3 point shooting for a gunner like Melo? I don't see how that would help your Cavs out @ all. And good luck convincing Melo to come off the bench instead of starting.

The Cavs defense would be a whole lot worse too.

I think people give you shit because you consistently fabricate the truth hoping people won't remember shit from 5- 6 years ago, kind of how you just asked one of the dumbest questions in the HISTORY, and I mean HISTORY< of dumbest questions, "Who did the Heat ever get to play for them for cheap?"

Oh, you ain't seen nothing yet. He has said far worse than that. He's also told that he is "by far the most informed poster on these boards."

If I knew the answer to that question, I would tell you. My honest guess is that Vivek didn't like that better offer as much as the offer they ended up taking to get Buddy Hield, who Vivek seems to think can be like Steph Curry. I'd like to know what that other deal was, even if it'd make me sad to know they turned it down.

To be fair, IF (and it's a big if) Hield can start shooting like he did in college, this trade may end up not looking as bad as it does now. The problem is, that's a very big if.

I'd question Riley's credentials if he were to ever had done that trade. Whiteside would immediately be Wiggy's favorite player.

as much crap as SOME o' y'all like to give me about LeClown being a Laker this would rank right next to it in Wiggitywack's case...:heh:

i understand you gotta give something to get something, but some of these guys ask a tad much imo...

Yeah, but Jimmy Butler is an all star level player and he's only 27, so he's got a few good years left. He's also the type of player who could attract good FA's.

The Kings should end up with 2 picks in the top 15, and this is a good draft to have 2 lottery or near lottery picks in. They need to fully commit to the rebuild and trade away guys like Collison, KK, and Afflalo or McLemore for more young picks/players. That way, even if the team is horrible I can know they have a direction they're going in. Maybe Buddy and WCS will become core pieces to a winning team and they hit the jackpot on one of their lottery picks. All the bad luck/decision making they've had to deal with over the past decade is bound to change at some point.....right?

You'd think it would change at some point, even by accident. I agree, now that they have moved Boogie, they should definitely fully commit to a rebuild.

Soooo....have any Warriors fans mentioned that this Boogie trade sucks for them? That first round series went from a 4-5 gamer to 5-6 at least IMO. Twin towers are exactly the kind of team that can give them fits. Not good if you are trying to conserve your strength for the later rounds.

Vlade said earlier that they're still trying to get the 8th seed, which could mean keeping most of the team together. That wouldn't make any sense, they need to swallow the bitter pill that this season is over when it comes to fighting for a playoff spot. Embrace the suck!
