I ran across an article on yahoo that said the NBA asked Jordan to try & fix the stuff between Oakley & Dolan. Glad they worked that out. It was a 100% clown move on Dolan's part to ban him in the 1st place.

Even worse, was the PR tour he went on the next day to bash Oakley even further and paint the Knicks as "innocent victims."

Ibaka/Ross deal. I gotta say I like this deal if I am Toronto..........assuming he fits in...........because you will need to pay him $$$$$$$$$$$$$ soon. But still, not a bad swap and WTF are the Magic through all this?

Yep I remember that. Dolan's probably the worst owner in the league. Of course wiggy would say Micky Arison is though.

Love being out 6 weeks doesn't ruin the Cavs title chances. They'll have to integrate him back slowly which the playoffs will come around. Lebron could be without Kyrie and Love and I'm still convinced he takes the East (Boston and Raps excluded though). They'll be fine still, but they'll need Love as the Warriors this year aren't the same Warriors as last year as they've gotten better - I don't give two shits about the regular season record. It's a minor inconvenience for the Cavs, that's it. Although, any chance of Lebron getting minutes lowered just came to a crashing halt.

At least for Cavs fans this happened now & not @ the end of the regular season.

Orlando gave up Oladipo, the No. 11 pick and Ilyasova for 3 months of Ibaka, Terrence Ross and a late first rounder. Oops.

Great deal for Toronto especially if they re-sign Ibaka. I was never a big fan of Ross

And folks have called the Lakers a rudderless ship. :tsk:

The Knicks and Magic seem hellbent on making Jim Buss look competent. lol

They need to fire Hennigen.

He also used 4 first rounders to draft Gordon and Payton.

Gordon is a project and Payton couldn't hit a bulls eye on a dart board if he used a scud missile.

Saric > Gordon

As it turns out, Gordon’s day – and his dazzling one season at the University of Arizona – was good enough to convince the Magic to select him with the No. 4 pick in Thursday night’s NBA Draft.

Magic GM Rob Hennigan bucked many of the mock drafts by picking the ultra-athletic, defensive-minded Gordon higher than most expected. Hennigan then pulled off one of the first trades of the draft by landing cat-quick 20-year-old point guard Elfrid Payton in exchange for the Magic’s No. 12 selection (Dario Saric) and two future draft picks.

Magic Draft Gordon at No. 4; Trade for Payton | Orlando Magic

Always feels like a Jeff Green type of attitude

i dont think Arison is a bad owner- there are many worse. Arison just didnt step up to the plate in a way i think he should have while having a historic talent like LEBron on his team.

Dr. Buss did for Kobe, the Cavs are for LeBron- his level of commitment was just not commiserate with LeBron's

they are just gonna have to rely on the bottom half of the roster more. Lue cant be afraid to play Williams and McRae minutes here and there.

id pick up Varejao to a 10 day contract to replace Anderson- he knows the system and has great chemistry with bron and ki.

So Lebron saying he never stepped down, means he has no ability to play better than he already is.

Wonder who else around here mentioned Lebron always plays at 100% and had no ability to go up from there?

As a guy who's had to watch Andy bumble his way around the court the last year or so, I wouldn't even with that on Cavs fans.

what Bs you spewing now? this isnt about LeBron pumping it up after Klay ran his mouth is it? lol

before Klay ran his mouth down 1-3

24.7 pts, 48% shooting, 8 assists, 11 boards, 6 turnovers a game

after Klay ran his mouth and poked the bear 3-0

36.3 points, 51% shooting, 10 assists, 12 boards, 2 turnovers a game

and one ring ...lesson learned- if you are fortunate to have the best player in the game and one of the best of all time down 3-1--- dont open your mouth or chances are you will have it slammed shut.
