There's a big group of teams that have between 13-18 wins, it's gonna be an interesting race to see who gets those top 5 picks.

I expect us to be in top 5 because those stupid West teams think they can make the playoffs. I feel like the Nets (Celtics), Heat, and Lakers are a lock to be in top 5 record wise. Have no idea who the other 2 teams will be

I hope the 76ers and Kings get in that top 5 and the Lakers are at least out of the top 3(or in this case bottom 5 and 3).

Man beating Houston last week and hopefully the Warriors tonight will likely be the highlight of my Heat season. If only we can add a home win over the Cavs later on this season.....For a bad team that would be 3 nice wins to look back on

I wouldn't have a problem with them losing enough to keep the pick. However, it can't happen at the expense of developing the guys they already have.

As for whether or not they have their centerpiece right now, it's impossible to know. When you consider that there has been virtually no development of the young guys over the past 3 years, it's almost like the rookie year for all of them. This is the first time they have a coach that they want to play for and who is willing to actually teach them.

I know Russell wants to be the centerpiece/leader and he's saying the right things. But he also needs to do the right things and he needs to become more consistent.

Keeping the pick and trading it would be the best case scenario...imo
