Honestly have no idea. Season series was 2-2 and both are 31-18 vs the East. I think the next TB may be division record but could be wrong

Wizards have the tie-breaker cause they are a division leader.

EDIT: nevermind... Raptors are 2-1 vs the Wiz this year. Raps have the tiebreaker.

Not sure how old this is though, but it seems logical.

Yeah I was thinking division record is the 3rd TB and if that's the case, Toronto wins the TB. 13-2 vs their division while the Wiz are 8-6 but obviously conference record can change as both teams has 3 games remaining vs the East.
