Meanwhile back in the real world...the Cavs still only have one NBA championship.

i remember the good ole days in LeBron round one when we continually shit on the Wizards.

Round 2 should be just as fun! lol.

I just don't see this current core getting to the ultimate goal. Don't get me wrong, I've enjoyed the season & have caught every Celtics game that's been televised here. But I'd still like to see Ainge do something w/ the roster this off season. And as far as draft picks if done right things should work out great. But the problem w/ CBB is just because someone has a damn good/great college career doesn't mean they'll have the impact a franchise is looking for. Plus we've all seen way too many so-called can't-miss players stink it up.

One more thing. I think the level of play in both the NBA & CBB would improve if there wasn't this 1 & done stuff. Not many CBB players w/ only 1 year of college hoops is truly ready for the NBA game.

the Celtics have a really really solid roster and a ton of depth- but there "star" is a 5'8" guy who couldnt play a lick of defense if his life depended on it.

I think Isiah Thomas is a really good player---- but can he be the best player on a team that gets to the Finals? I dont think so.

Who is their 2nd best player? Crowder? Bradley? are those #2's and #3's on a championship contender? probably not.

I think the Celtics have a great coach, plenty of cap flexibility, tons of assets--- its all right there for them- but as of right now- I just dont see how they are a real threat to the Cavs in the East.

Cavs would have at least 3 of the top 4 players in that series.

It sure looks like the Heat are gonna get the 8 seed. 9 days from now Cavs play the Celtics. that game is worth 2 in the standings since it will also operate as the tie breaker for the Cavs.
