This allows them to address either OL or QB this round ( depending on who is available ) and the next round they can double up on OL or take QB then OL.
I'd love a 3rd round of Collins and Grayson. At least with 2 3rds if Collins gets in trouble with the law its not as big of a lost. I think he's clean though and can start this season for us.
